Today, in the age of information, you may foresee anything, but it is impracticable to foresee women and weather. Now we are going to speak not about women. Since ancient times people used different systems to predict and even control the weather. With the appearing of computers it has become possible to do generate forecasts, i.e. building an image of the atmosphere, inputting the known parameters and estimating the future condition of the atmosphere on the ground of these figures.
However there are no programs that can generate the precise prediction, all the results are approximate. To foresee the weather you have to realize that the minor mistake in initial state can cause absolute variance in definitive results. Chaos theory is a detached section of physics which studies chaotic systems like weather.
The good news is that you do not have to be a meteorologist to get known the weather for the several next days. There are many places to learn about the weather. There are many meteorological centers which promote their forecasts on the radio, television and on the Internet sites. But there is a method to get the forecast instantly.
