Understanding their differences is vital to ensure that an appropriate software application is chosen to gratify your needs.
Conversational interaction is a transfer of data and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more participants, whereas an interaction of collaboration is employed for a change of a collaboration entity, for instance: reaching a common objective.
Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the main purpose of those involved is to change the collaboration entity from what has been unstable and intangible, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a design solution.
Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware programs that allow people share information and work together on various tasks.
The strong point of these applications lies in the ability to allow participants to manage action plans, exchange documents, be updated on projects, manage schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly reminded of any new objectives and events they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: moderating events, papers and projects, automating business processes and coordinating work of several departments or even firms.
